Use this maintenance and troubleshooting hub to identify common wear-part symptoms, compare every original component, and open the detailed guide for each included part before ordering.
Symptoms
- The dispenser handle is broken, loose, difficult to move, or does not return normally.
- The valve piston sticks, does not close completely, or the return spring feels weak.
- Liquid leaks around the dispenser, hopper connection, or auger shaft area.
- A replacement looks similar but its dimensions, profile, or installation position do not match.
- The machine still leaks or dispenses poorly after cleaning or reassembly.
These symptoms do not prove that every component in the kit needs replacement. Inspect each service point and replace only parts that match the original configuration.
What’s Included
- 2 Dispenser Handles
- 2 Clear Valve Pistons
- 2 Return Springs
- 2 Large Hopper Gaskets
- 2 Auger Shaft Seals
Compatibility
Compatible with select slushy machines and similarly configured equipment.
Compare every original component’s dimensions, shape, connection profile, mounting arrangement, and installation position. Machine appearance alone does not confirm fitment.

Before You Order
- Power off the machine and compare all five original component types with the product images.
- Measure each original part at the same locations shown in the related part guides.
- Confirm handle shape and mounting structure, piston and spring dimensions, gasket profile, seal profile, and every installed position.
- Do not force a component that differs in size, shape, connection, or orientation.
- If any detail is uncertain, contact FROZTIVA before ordering.
Installation & Maintenance
- Disconnect electrical power and follow the equipment manufacturer’s service and sanitation procedures.
- Document the original position and orientation of each component before removal.
- Clean and inspect mating surfaces, shafts, valve channels, mounting points, and retaining hardware.
- Replace only matching components, installing them in the same position and orientation without stretching or forcing them.
- Reassemble the machine and perform a controlled operational and leakage test before returning it to service.
Troubleshooting
Dispenser movement is still difficult
Inspect the handle mounting structure, push point, piston movement, return spring, residue, retaining hardware, and dispenser housing. Confirm every replacement matches the original profile and position.
The valve does not close or still leaks
Confirm the piston moves freely and seats completely, the spring is correctly positioned, and surrounding seals and mating surfaces are clean and undamaged.
The hopper or shaft area still leaks
Check gasket or seal dimensions, profile, orientation, even seating, mating-surface condition, and whether the leak originates from a nearby component.
A component does not fit
Stop installation and compare the original part with the confirmed dimensions and the appropriate detailed guide. Do not alter or force a mismatched component.

FAQ
Do all 10 parts need to be replaced at the same time?
No. Replace individual components as needed after inspecting their condition and confirming fit.
Does machine appearance confirm compatibility?
No. Compare each original component’s measurements, profile, connection, and installed position.
What should I send for fitment help?
Send the machine data plate, photos of every original part needed, installed-position photos, and measurements taken at the locations shown in the related guides.
